FinePrint collects information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, law firm information, and payment details when you create an account or subscribe to our services.
When you use our contract analysis service, we temporarily process the documents you upload. We do not store your documents after analysis is complete.Your legal documents are processed in real-time and immediately discarded.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our services
- Process transactions and send related information
- Send technical notices, updates, and support messages
- Respond to your comments, questions, and requests
- Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities
3. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption. We use Anthropic's commercial API, which guarantees that your data is never used for AI model training.
4. Data Retention
Documents: Uploaded contracts are processed in real-time and are not stored after analysis is complete.
Account Data: We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account at any time.
Analysis Results: Analysis results are stored for your reference and can be deleted at your request.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate FinePrint:
- Anthropic: AI processing (documents are not retained or used for training)
- Stripe: Payment processing
- Vercel: Application hosting
- Supabase: Database and authentication

You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Opt out of marketing communications
