FinePrint is an AI-powered contract analysis tool designed to assist legal professionals in reviewing and analyzing legal documents. The Service provides automated extraction of key terms, identification of potential issues, and organization of contract information.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and current

4. Subscription and Payment

Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Free Trial: New users may be eligible for a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the Service
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying AI models
• Use the Service in a manner that violates attorney-client privilege
• Exceed usage limits associated with your subscription tier

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to the documents you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your documents solely for the purpose of providing the analysis.

Our Service: FinePrint, including all software, algorithms, and documentation, is the property of FinePrint and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

AI-generated analyses may contain errors or omissions. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all information provided by the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINEPRINT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FinePrint and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
